Single Image Technical Specifications
Medicimage photography is produced using professional level DSLRs, Pro Digital Backs or high-end scanners, and are created in a color-managed environment centered on the Adobe RGB 1998 color space. All imagery is fully retouched, color-corrected, 24-bit RGB (8 bits per channel) and have resolutions of 300 ppi (with the exception of the low resolution imagery available at 72 ppi).

Royalty-free (RF) single imagesRoyalty-free is a worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. The pricing is based on file size.
Rights-managed (RM) single imagesRights-managed images are used for a high-profile project such as print advertising, brochure and catalog covers, retail products and more. Higher licensing fees and the fact that the use of rights-managed images is tracked, helps prevent these images from saturating the market and therefore helps reduce potential conflicts of use.
The pricing is based on usage, not file size, so each file licensed is our largest Ultra High Resolution (48 MB, 11"x17", 300 dpi, RGB).
The fees and usage rights for rights-managed images are based on the specific project's criteria:
- INTENDED USE: brochure, print advertisement, billboard, etc.
- USE SIZE: 1/4 page, full page, double page, etc.
- PLACEMENT OF IMAGE: inside, cover, etc.
- PRESS RUN OR CIRCULATION: 5,000 brochures or an ad in a 250,000 press run magazine.
- DURATION OF THE USE: One-time, Six months, one year etc.
- GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION: Local, Regional, National or International.

TermsAll payment is due at the time of purchase in the form of a credit card transaction or a house account. To apply for house account with us, please fill out a credit application for approval.
Previous PurchasesFor easy retrieval, your previous purchases may be accessed up to 90 days from the day of purchase.

By entering keyword(s), you may use one or more keywords to define a search using the words: and, or, not as separators.
To narrow a search - Use: and, not.
mountain and river - will provide images that contain both mountain(s) and
river(s).
mountain not river - will provide images that contain only mountain(s) without
river(s).
To expand a search - Use: or
mountain or river - will provide images that contain either mountain(s) or
river(s) or both.
To search by image ID - Enter the image ID as a keyword. To search for multiple image IDs, separate them with commas or semi-colons.
You may use filters in a keyword search:
Search within results - When checked, this will and the new keyword with the previous keyword search.
Filter by orientation - This will show images that are horizontal, vertical, or square.
If you can't find what you're looking for, then you may request a search by submitting a Search Request form.
